You agree not to use the Application to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right, or to infringe any intellectual-property right;
• probe, scan, test the vulnerability of or otherwise attempt to compromise the Application or its underlying infrastructure;
• interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the Application, including by sending automated traffic, scraping at unreasonable rates or deploying bots without prior written authorization;
• copy, scrape, frame, mirror or otherwise re-use content from the Application in a way that misrepresents the Owner or competes with the Owner's business;
• submit false, misleading or third-party information through any form on the Application without authorization;
• use the Application to transmit unsolicited communications, malware or other harmful code.

The Owner may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if it believes you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

When you submit information to the Application — for example through the contact form — you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that it is accurate and not misleading. You grant the Owner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store and process such information for the purposes of responding to you, operating and improving the Application and the Owner's services, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for any third-party Personal Data you submit through the Application and confirm that you have the authority and any necessary consents to do so.

The Application may contain links to third-party websites, services or resources that are not owned or controlled by the Owner. The Owner does not endorse, and is not responsible for, the content, policies or practices of any third party. Your use of any third-party website or service is subject to that party's terms and policies.

Your use of the Application is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes how the Owner collects, uses and protects Personal Data.

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

The Owner does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. Information made available through the Application is provided for general informational purposes only and is not intended as legal, financial, regulatory or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Owner, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Application — even if the Owner has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). The foregoing limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Owner and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Application; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; or (c) your violation of any right of any third party.

The Owner reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Application — in whole or in part — at any time, with or without notice. The Owner also reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When the Owner makes a material change, it will update the “Latest update” date below and may provide additional notice through the Application or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Application after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and the Owner agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application, except where prohibited by applicable law.
